Installation Guide:

Installation on T09:

Installation steps:

1: Install the thread-whirling unit on T09.

2: Fix the thread-whirling device with washers ③ and screws ②.

3: Secure the thread whirling unit to the machine with washers④ and screws⑤.

4: When adjusting the angle:

Loosen screws⑤ and screw⑥ to adjust the angle.

Set screws⑤ and screw⑥ to fix the angle.

Note: When installed on T09, T08 and T10 cannot be installed with tool holders.

Installation steps:

1. Put the nut ② into the hole.

2. Fix the nut ② with the washer ③ and the screw ④.

3. Fix the thread whirling device to the machine with washers ⑥ and screws ⑤.

4. When adjusting the angle:

Loosen screw ④ and screw ⑦ to adjust the angle.

Set screw ④ and screw ⑦ to fix the angle.
